Event Details
Do the post-holiday, January blahs have you dreaming of getting away from it all? Then stop by to hear a presentation by author Matt Davis on his international travel adventures, and live vicariously as he talks about colliding with a kangaroo in Australia, navigating Italy's strict dining customs, walking the shores of the Sea of Galilee, and more. He’ll also discuss his childhood inspiration for travel and share favorite stories from the book which he’ll sell and sign following his presentation.
Davis was born and raised in southeastern Massachusetts, but after decades in California, he moved back to our area in 2024. His first book is a travel memoir focusing on his experiences traveling through 35 different countries. In addition to being a traveler and author, Matt is a retired professor.
Registration is NOT required, but is requested, for planning purposes, and can be done at midlib.org.
