Event Details

Do the post-holiday, January blahs have you dreaming of getting away from it all?  Then stop by to hear a presentation by author Matt Davis on his international travel adventures, and live vicariously as he talks about colliding with a kangaroo in Australia, navigating Italy's strict dining customs, walking the shores of the Sea of Galilee, and more.

Davis was born and raised in southeastern Massachusetts, but after spending many years in California, he moved back to our area in 2024. His first book is a travel memoir focusing on his experiences traveling through 13 different countries.  In addition to being a traveler and author, Matt is a retired professor.
