Visit the library on Take Your Child to the Library Day! 

Don't miss a special storytime at 10:30 a.m. with local author, illustrator, and elementary art educator; Carla Marrero, for the newest book in the series about her pet cats. She will read Babs and the Rainbow Realm and then lead participants in an art activity.  Find out what happens when the local cat shelter is set to close permanently.  Will Babs help her friends find their forever homes?  Books will be available for purchase and signing.

All day activities include:  

  • a scavenger hunt, 
  • library valentine crafts, and 
  • prizes for getting your first library card.
