DESCRIPTION:This is the second in a series of forums sponsored by the Midd
 leborough Democratic Town Committee to inform the public about how changes
  in federal priorities are affecting our community.  This forum will conce
 ntrate on how local scientific research is leading to policies and activit
 ies that are benefitting our region.  Three local scientists will discuss 
 their research on insect biological control, coastal waterways, and ecotox
 icology.  The audience will have a chance to engage with the speakers afte
